The size of the belt is the measurement to the 3rd hole. So for instance if the belt is a size 32 that’s how many inches is from the top of the belt to the 3rd hole in the belt. I’m a size 3-5 and wear a size 34 comfortably and I usually wear the size 32 for higher waist.
