ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS MUST STILL ADHERE TO OUR RETURN POLICY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.
Orders cannot be refunded/stopped once paid
TIME FRAME: items must be received back to us no later than 10 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
THE EXCEPTIONS: Any sale, discount, or markdown item OF ANY KIND is not eligible for return. These items are FINAL SALE. All jewelry, scarves, belts, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (cami’s, bralettes, strapless, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Any accessory type item that is not sized clothing.
THE CATCH: Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: make up stains from trying on the items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. If the item looks like it was cut with scissors or a box knife we will not exchange or refund the item. That will be considered damaged by the customer. Shipping charges are non refundable. If the items returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to an $8.00 shipping and handling fee for us to have to return the items back to you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (405-207-8426) within TWO days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it will be considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Again, if the item looks like it has been cut by scissors or a box knife due to opening the package we will not accept it. Any item that has already been worn and washed is not subject to be considered a “defective item” and no return or exchange is allowed.
REFUND TYPE: ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY
PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND THE REASON FOR RETURN WITH ANY RETURN. IF YOUR RECEIPT IS UNAVAILABLE, A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED: Name, email, receipt number, item(s) description, reason for return. If you do not include one of these with your return it will delay your store credit.
