Return Policy
ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS MUST STILL ADHERE TO OUR RETURN POLICY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.
• We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
Orders will not be refunded/stopped once paid.
Items must be RECEIVED BACK to us no later than 10 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Any sale, discount, or markdown item OF ANY KIND is not eligible. All jewelry, scarves, belts/buckles, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Any accessory type item that is not sized clothing.
Items MUST be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $8.00 shipping and handling fee for us to return the items back to you.
If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email shopthewhitefeather@gmail.com or by phone 405-217-3306 within TWO days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. PERIOD.

Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $10 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you.
The White Feather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier USPS or UPS customer service team so they can assist you.
PLEASE INCLUDE ORIGINAL RECEIPT & THE REASON FOR RETURN WITH ANY RETURN. IF YOUR RECEIPT IS UNAVAILABLE, A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED: Name, E-Mail, Receipt Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
