Exchange policy

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS MUST STILL ADHERE TO OUR RETURN POLICY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.

Orders will not be refunded/stopped once paid.

Time Frame: Items must be RECEIVED BACK to us no later than 10 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.

The Exceptions: Any sale, discount, or markdown item OF ANY KIND is not eligible. All jewelry, scarves, belts/buckles, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Any accessory type item that is not sized clothing.

The Catch: Items MUST be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $8.00 shipping and handling fee for us to return the items back to you.

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by emailshopthewhitefeather@gmail.comor by phone405-217-3306 within *TWO* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. PERIOD.

Refund Type: ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Overview: Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $10 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you.

PLEASE INCLUDE ORIGINAL RECEIPT & THE REASON FOR RETURN WITH ANY RETURN. IF YOUR RECEIPT IS UNAVAILABLE, A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED: Name, E-Mail, Receipt Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
